Surgical workshops

The Anatomy Building
& King Faisal Conference Center

King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah — both sites on campus

The surgical tracks run across both buildings: the hands-on anatomy sessions — including the cadaveric day — in the Faculty of Medicine's own Anatomy Building, and workshop and simulation stations at King Faisal Conference Center.

Your registration email carries the building and room for each session you're booked into.

02 Getting here

By air

Fly into King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), ~30–45 minutes from the venue depending on traffic. Both domestic and international terminals connect easily by taxi or ride-hailing.

By train

The Haramain High-Speed Railway links Makkah, Jeddah (Sulaimaniyah station), Rabigh, KAEC and Madinah — the fastest route if you're travelling from Makkah or Madinah.

By car & parking

On-site parking is available. VVIP and VIP guests have reserved areas with escort service to the entrance; standard attendees use the general lot.

Ride-hailing

Uber and Careem operate throughout Jeddah and are the simplest way to move between the venue, your hotel and the workshop sites.

03 Where to stay

Jeddah has a wide range of hotels within a short drive of the venue. Sponsor delegates and invited VVIP speakers receive accommodation as part of their package — everyone else books independently.

Full-service international hotels along the Corniche and in the business district — the tier used for VVIP speaker accommodation (2 nights, where covered).

Travel to Saudi Arabia with your national ID — no visa required.
